Elixir Fine Tea

Just spent the last 5 days @ World Tea Expo. Awesome is an understatement. Highlights include:
a. Took pictures of helicopter flying below me from the edge of Grand Canyon. I felt something shaking and it turned out to be my knees.
b. Of the teas I've selected for my tea inventory, 5 took first place in the World Tea Competition and another 4 finished in the top 3 of their catagory.
c. Tasted tea from 1 of the ancient tea trees. Definately a Wonder in the Tea World. This T is rare.
Now, project for the week is to hunt down some treats for my upcoming tea tastings. How about: raspberry green tea mousse, matcha cooky, earl grey infused chocolate shortbread. :>)
