Elixir Fine Tea

This 1st Flush Sencha is a light-steamed type (asamushi) from the first harvest of spring when the highest quality tea is produced. It’s refreshing and brisk with a pleasant bitter-sweetness, deep umami flavour and a greenish-golden infusion color.
