Ingredients: Organic Fair Trade Certified™ Yunnan Pu-erh tea, Organic ginger, Organic orange peel.

Preparation: 1 tablespoon tea leaves pr 8oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew for 5-6 minutes.
